Garbage ass internet and rude ass people. On 26 March 2018 I called to have some one come out and fix my internet. They called the following to ask if someone would be home. I took time off work and no one showed up. Then they called the next and asked if my issue had been resolved. I explained that no one showed up. They said hmm.. we'll have some one come back out it's now April 2nd and still no one has came out and resolved the issue.

Great place to get internet and tv service and really the only place if your in Knott Co to get cable and internet. Has slow connection sometimes but overall it works well and will be better when new cables get run

Their service isn't good. They don't listen to our complaints. They overcharge us for internet that doesn't even come close to what we are supposed to be paying for. This is very annoying and outrageous, we should not have to put up with this. Just saying that someone that pays for 10MG/s, and doesn't even get 1MG/s. That shouldn't happen, especially with these "upgrades."

Service is terrible you're internet speed will never be at what you pay for issues constantly and you pay too much for something that would be a lot cheaper somewhere else.

I have Internet issues almost daily while trying to operate a business. I often have to send staff home to get their work completed due to poor internet. Not one time has this company adjusted my bill (I have two modems). Customer support is also rude as well as repairmen. I agree with the older post that we need to get a class action lawsuit but that will never happen as we live with the "good old boy club" If businesses don't have sufficient internet services they can't operate. If businesses can't operate, our community can't be employed. This leaves Eastern Kentucky in a sad state and the future bleak. Where is the fiber optic, was this not federally funded?
