Inter Mountain Cable

Higher than average pricing. Not the easiest process for initial service order placement. Speed seems consistent. One service outage in the last month, but that can happen with any provider. Watch out for low data cap.

This is a horrible company. We've had major region wide outages on a consistent basis since getting cable through this company. Heaven help you if you have to call customer service. I really think they send their employees to training to learn to be rude. This must be a horrible company to work for because I've never talked to unhappier people.

thieves. they overcharge for basic services, they have the rudest employees. when you walk in their office there is a heaviness & dread in the atmosphere that is just awful. billing issues are common as ive had billing errors for the last 3 months and im told i must pay the extra charges or be disconnected, but the problem will be corrected on my next bill. 3 months later the same thing. no fix, must pay. BBB is on this and i hope they will be able to force imc to fix things. cable tv is awful, premium channels are not even HD. internet and voip service outages are a daily occurrence. monopoly on this area and their prices show it. compare imc prices with anywhere else in the usa and you will see. stay away from this company if you have ANY OTHER OPTION. sadly for many of us they are the only game in town and they extort money from their customers and take pride in it. sickening pathetic company.

Never works like it is suppose to. If you have the 50meg package expect about 10meg.
