Poor customer service, downgraded my service after many years. Waited for a box that I was given at Russell KY location to be activated and to be told what my rate would be. Was never notified of cost and the box wasn't activated, so after five days I called the 800-number and was advised that my service was going to go down a generous eight dollars a month, after I returned 2 DVR units and canceled 2 DVR services. Eight dollars. I cancelled the service completely. The same person waited on me when I went to return the box, I asked why I hadn't received a call and why the box hadn't been activated, she "apologized for management".

They charge to much after your deal is done and they wont give u a new package deal

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Took money from my account ($210) for no reason and had to wait 15 days to get it back.

Friendly service. But it's cheaper and easier to go online or talk to their customer service people.
