We currently use spectrum for our internet and cable service at our bar. The service drops almost 4 times a day atleast every third hour we are open and stays out for about 1 hour at a time. When we called several times with complaints they said there was an outage and that service would be restored within the hour. We waited 5 days and service still was not restored. When calling to ask for a credit due to losing a decent amount of money and also concerned about if their service would continue to not work the service rep only gave us $20 off our bill and said that service goes out all the time and they are not able to guarantee we have service at all.

Horrible Customer service. Turned off my cable last year.. When I turned in all the equipment I was informed that the service was disconnected.Recently discovered through my own oversights that I was still being charged by Time Warner for a cable package that was slipped into the transfer of the company. No resolution just excuses.. Never will I use Spectrum again nor recommend them to anyone.. Internet speed slow and was unreliable for it to be the fastest (200) is a joke.. Phone service is horrible as well..

We had a very positive experience when we returned our box. There was lots of parking and zero line. The location can be a little tricky to find depending on which direction you approach. There is a sign at street level, but the shop is up a steep hill from the road. The shop is all of the way to the right as you enter the lot. It is visible from the road if you are approaching from the north, but I think it would be hard to spot from the other direction.
