Employees are nice but are unable to help you with anything. Their favourite catch phrase is "there's nothing we can do". The system there is in place to make your life difficult. They are really nice about it.

This location is not really helpful when it comes to customer service, and will try and offer much more expensive options than what you’re looking for. It’s best to go through their 1-800 service than to physically go to their store other than to pay your bill or turn in or pick up equipment. They do like to use the reason “there is nothing more they can do” and on busy days like the first of the month expect wait times. This company has improved a lot over the years especially with their internet service, they used to offer 30mbs and now they give you 100+mbs. I used to have internet and a basic channel package, but decided to “cut the cable” and just get internet service and online streaming services. I will suggest this though, it is best to get your own cable modem with either a built in router or a separate router to fully achieve the highest internet speeds. Spectrum’s stock equipment limits your connection a lot and I noticed this after purchasing my own router and cable modem.

I have been a customer for a year now, everything went pretty smoothly until I moved once I moved to my new place they claim I have a 90 dollar extra charge on my bill making my bill 290 dollars. My bill is originally 155 dollars so you do the math with that .. they refuse to listen to reason. On top of all this after 2 months and three technicians I still have no cable in any room except my bedroom. Let's not forget the fact that my internet is constantly messing up.. I'm seriously thinking about switching to AT&T.
