Spectrum

We have dvr and on demand. Box works half the time. On demand means, they demand you watch commercials. No fast forward through most shows on demand. At least once to three times a week we have to reboot the box. Its 2018 spectrum! Get with the times. $180 a month for 2 dvr boxes that are way outdated technology and internet is a joke.

Ridiculous company that cannot stand behind their word and their offers. When I called to try and resolve the issue, was only given very sarcastic remarks from everyone I spoke with. At the end was told I don't have a contract with them and do whatever I want. Will definitely be finding another company.

Had them for a few years and couldn't be more disappointed with them as I am now. I've been paying $170 a month one month I actually paid it twice and for some reason they are still trying to say I owe a whole lot of money! But yet can't seem to tell me why. Well today they shut it off after I paid my past due balance and said in order to get it turned back on I have to pay yet another $170?!?!? What a joke!!!!

Service sucks always having problems have to reboot, wifi slow and way to expensive

I upgraded my Internet only to pay more and get slower speeds.
