Just Spectrum themselves is high. They offer all these low promotion rates but they are only for new customers..how about keeping your existing customers happy and quit raising your prices and letting us in on of some of these promotons.

Horrible. My wife passed away and I was told In order to change the name I have to bring in a death certificate and all the equipment. You can take it from there.!!!!!!
