Spectrum

Very happy with the service we received today. There is nothing better then to have someone that knows what they're doing and do it with a smile on there face. Justin was very friendly, not only to me but greeted others as they came in. We are fortunate to have him here in our small town.

Horrible customer service!!! They park in my driveway to service their lines, but the tell me they have to run a line 7 miles at my expense. Then evidently the customer service rep is the only person you can talk to even though they know nothing.

Good customer service. Demonstrated on office t.v. how 2set controls, settings, etc.

They have doubled our bill since they changed over from Time Warner, now they are making is change all the boxes??? Simce.they have taken over reception is the worst. Freezes then goes on and our. Looks like it's time to change cable companies. All spectrums promises are lies lies lies!!!!

I use spectrum for internet and only pay 20 a month for it witch was the same as they advertised in the mail.
