Spectrum

I have had Spectrum internet only for 2 yrs now apparently on a promo price of $50/month...now i recvd noticed that starting next month my bill will be $70/mos...wow a lil steep just for internet service! Usually you get a 5 gto 10$ increase but not Spectrum...they start gouging with $20...as soon as I can find a new service will be telling Spectrum to come get their crappy modem/ service.

Told them my WiFi wasn’t working and I done my own speed test they tried to say I had a different plan than I did and that the speeds were fine. All because I knew what I was talking about and told him he was making no sense. He then kept trying to hang up on me

Terrible office hours. I have a job to keep too. Everyone else is open after 5 and during lunch but not spectrum! No complaints otherwise

To expensive... Rip off...bad customer service... One worker...long line... No heat was on (cheap) & the front door was broken (cheap) ...employee said they wouldnt fix it... and i waited over 30 minutes for the employee to come back from luch... People lined up outside for the "broken" front door to be unlocked

Spectrum is the worst internet. They offered me a credit for the internet always going out but never applied to my account. The internet always running slow or just not working at all.
