For this to the only cable company you would think that Spectrum would Make it a lot more convenient to pay a bill and to get help for services they provide. Im am Extremely disappointed that there is not more options to pay your bill. No chairs to pay bill sitting on the window Seal.

They lost a customer before even gaining one! I never write bad reviews, but save your time and go with anyone else. Our install appointment was scheduled for today between 11-12. The technician showed up and sat in our driveway for about 10 minutes, then left and wrote in his report that he knocked and no one was home. We have dogs, there is no mistake as to when someone is knocking/at our door. My fiance saw him sitting out there and after he realized he wasn't coming in, he went outside on the porch to wave him in and the technician acknowledged him and just drove off. We chose the 11-12 time slot, so I guess he wanted a long lunch today... We called the install # I was given immediately and got transferred about 3-4 different times to people who had no knowledge of my account number or address and only after repeating myself 5 times did someone finally admit they were able to see the account and technician comments. I suggested they just call the technician and tell him to turn around. It was only 11:20 at this point and he could have only gotten about 5-10 minutes away at most. They refused. I was to receive a phone call ASAP regarding someone else who could come out and set up our service. Its now 3:00 and I have received 2 phone calls in the last hour, both from confused CSR's who asked me my address and information only to tell me they're out of my service area and that someone else will be calling soon to help me. Every phone number I'm given transfers me to a call center out of state so I can't even speak to someone locally to tell them I'm no longer interested in the services. We just moved in and work conflicting schedules so this oversight is the least bit convenient. The technician wasted my fiance's time when we have a lot to do and interrupted my work day multiple times for no resolution. I'm trusting my gut and allowing this first impression to be a representation of what it would be like to do business with this company in the future.

Much easier going in person than calling. They were friendly, helpful and fast.

There was a lot of people when I went but the service was fast and the lady was friendly. I wanted to cancel my services and the lady wasn’t rude or tried to push me to change my mind.

They have gotten a bit better since they became "Spectrum" I'd still say they need work on customer support
