Had high-speed internet for less than 2 weeks and experienced 3 outages. Every outage, they would explain that a tech was "working on it" and that they didn't know what the problem was or when it would be fixed. After the service would come back, they couldn't even offer a reasonable expectation that it wouldn't go down again. I understand that cable companies don't really care about the quality of service they provide to their residential market, but their inability to even pretend like they care was unacceptable. I had to go back to at&t Uverse.

Very clean, nice , professional staff. Has drive thru and night deposit as well. Reasonable prices. Always helpful if you need them. Reliable service.

They have digital cable & a lot of cable channels. They have high speed Internet. They are friendly.
