I've always had great service at this location & very smooth & I always have the guy with the beard can't remember name bigger guy pretty tall.. I went to outer loop because I was in the area & it was terrible absolutely ridiculous.. So packed that I left after signing in because I asked the young man sitting beside me how long & he had been waiting for 45 minutes to pay his bill only to desks open. I'm heading to this location now & I hope all goes well like it normally does .

Exchanged a cable box for my uncle. They were very helpful & friendly. Once it was my turn, they quickly resolved the problem. 4 of 5 stars because there were a lot of people in line for service & I had to wait at least 40 minutes.

My husband passed away the first of December i had to get the cable put in my name and pay the bill Kayla mancuso made everything so easy I'm also moving on the 2nd of june so she went on and set up my move date for the 2nd she was a very helpful person and very polite.she explained everything to me. From what i seen she is the best worker you had there. So i want to give her a. A+ THANK YOU KAYLA I APPRECIATE ALL YOUR HELP THANK YOU DIANE VOIROL

Wish they would quit sending me spam mail and assuming I have a Spanish house hold because of my Hispanic last name, It is kind of offensive. UVerse is amazing and not stereotypical, I highly recommend them! I’ll continue to be their customer so please don’t waste any more paper on me. Thanks in advance... I mean GRACIAS 😊

Spectrum is weak. They wifi is ALWAYS slow and i’m constantly losing connection even if i turn off all other devices connected and just connect one, I do not recommend this wifi company.
