I chose Iglou because I didn’t feel the need to have cable and internet. They have provided reliable service. Customer service has been easy to communicate with- real people no machines. The price is pretty good for the service you are provided.

Horrible service. horrible customer service. I've had issues with the internet since we've had it!!! going back to spectrum. I do not recommend anyone using this service!!

I’ve only had this service for about three months and I’m not real happy with the internet speeds. I just purchased a new fire stick and I cannot stream a movie it’s neen buffering for 5 minutes and I keep getting messages about slow speeds.

Had the service for a few years and have never had one problem. Never been kicked off line, had slowed speed or for that fact, any issues at all. Highly recommended.
