The customer service is good but, the company itself will take you for all you're worth. We cancelled our service and were rd we could keep our modem then they continued to charge us for three months. We ended up having to return the modem. On top of that they gave us a price of $29.99 each month yet the bill always ended up being closer to $60! Horrible company go with netgear!

They have chosen to NOT offer Hallmark Movies and Mysteries channel. So the regular Hallmark channel constantly advertises during Christmas the great moves offered on the other Hallmark channel and when you request it, they tell you they cannot offer it here. They have made a conscious decision to not offer it because they do not want to pay the necessary fees to extend it to us. Yet, the satellite cable companies offer BOTH channels? Pretty sad...

If I could have Internet that works with the modem/router that these people give that'd be great. But I might as well use it for a dying dreams' tears repository. Their payment plans only include two options: Here's your spaghetti-fi Internet that does 'okay' and then the sudden hundred-dollar plan for gamer's paradise. :/ customer service is about as useful as a friend who doesn't know anything about a sport trying to cheer with you and does so for the wrong team and is saying things from a commercial instead of said sport. End result→ look things up on your phone or a public library on how to set up your own Internet and make the most out of the Internet but only with YOUR gear. NOT theirs. Ever. It sucks. People in this exact building though for this review? I dunno... They're spectrum employees, not blind dates. I have no idea how they are. Their installment guy is pretty cool though.
