Comcast Service Center

I was super impressed with the customer service at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made signing up a breeze. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They did let me know my options and worked with me to get the service I wanted without over paying. Everything was super simple. Also, the technician that came to my house and installed our internet was super professional. All around I am very pleased.

They subtly raised our price from $40 to $70 after one year without notifying us. After a 60 minute phone call, they finally lowered our price to $40, but this won't start until after 60 days. All of the sudden, our Internet doesn't work properly, has to be restarted every day. This company is the Mafia and treats their customers like s**t

They write their own good reviews. Pretty low for a company that claims to only think about it's customers. If I could rate lower I would.

Came to the store to settle an issue that I was not able to resolve with over the phone techical support. The trip was well worth it, as I was treated courteously and my issue was resolved in about 15 minutes. The store is brand new and looks very modern.
