The internet is slow and is not the package you pay for more often than not. Sometimes it works fine, but then there are issues that last for weeks and never seem to go noticed until you contact them. It’s infuriating how bad they are at watching over their customers.

Got it hooked up 333.00 bill not all channels are there internet is bad no long distance unless u pay high price

Customer service usually friendly and helpful however the internet is slow, drops out often despite numerous calls to fix it. Also annoying that you are required to have a landline in today's cellphone world.

Worst service I have ever had and pay thru the nose never one cent off the bill just more sucky service

We pay extremely too much for our extremely slow internet speeds.we should have 10 times the internet speed that we have for what we pay.
