The service provided is good when it works, though I will often experience throttling issues. I pay for 25Mbps and I’ll usually get close to that, but there have been times where I’m not even close though no fault of my own, usually on the weekends when there’s no crew available.
The customer service has improved substantially; every time I speak with someone over the phone they’re usually polite and try their best to help with my problem or answer my questions.
They can be quick to solve issues, though they are pretty slow to respond at times. I recall one instance where the transformer behind my old apartment actually exploded, and the man on the emergency line told me that “hopefully we can get out there and fix it tomorrow”. I wasn’t too hopeful.

I am only giving a 2 star because you can get bundled everything. the crappy part is the tech was suppose to be here at 7 am and it is now almost 8 and no tech to hook my services up. I am not a happy shopper

It's such a pain anytime, you have to call and speak with their customer service. They are the only viable choice for internet in this small town, so you are forced to do business with them. They seem to know this and act super condescending whenever you ring them up. Even the simplest questions are met with snide remarks, and short answers. Just because you have a near monopoly on services in this town, doesn't mean you should be so rude. The first sign of legitimate competition and I'm out of here.

Pathetic internet service. I pay for 30 mbps, I recieve it throughout the week. Friday nights EPB likes to throttle speeds down to bare minimum, I will recieve anywhere from .01mbps - 5 mbps over the weekends. I am extremely fed up and disgusted by the way this business operates. They claim they don't throttle, yet problems only occur during the weekend WHEN NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Monday mornings, I call - they schedule someone to come out. Right as the guys are arriving, boom - whatdya know my internet speed is back up to where it should be ? this place is pathetic and I am legitimately disgusted by the way they run their business. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

It's been over a month since the weather channel with radar (Ch. 9) went down. They promised to fix it as soon as they got the "part", but it still hasn't happened. They advertise "bringing the future to Glasgow faster." It seems to me they are bringing it "slower."
