Comcast Service Center

Honestly I heard and saw some of the reviews about Comcast and was hoping it was just bad luck. Unfortunately all the poor rating are true and for good reason. Horrible customer service, ridiculous prices, and extra fees for multiple things. I opted to hook up the cable myself so I wouldn't have to pay the outrageous $60 technician fee because the lady who I spoke to told me all my ports were running and good to go so there would be no need. Just to find out that was false and I needed a technician anyways. We were quoted a price for a package and then did not receive the package. If I can find anyone better I will definitely be switching but unfortunately it seems Comcast controls fort Campbell so we may be out of luck. DO NOY GET UNLESS YOU HAVE TO.

We only have Comcast, because we live on post and it's the only thing available to us in our area. Horrible customer service (on phone) outrageous prices, poor quality. I have so many horror stories of dealing with this company for the 2 1/2 years we've had it, but it would be too much to write. It's very obvious that they take advantage of being one of, if not the only, providers for post. If you can get internet somewhere else, do it.

The only reason they're even in business is because they hold a monopoly over Ft. Campbell. Their customer service is god awful, the employees aren't much better, and the prices are comparable to a mortgage payment.

When you buy your internet + TV package, and the rental fees plus the taxes. DO NOT EXPECT to have internet until at least 2 weeks after purchasing and then you should expect them to bill you immediately for services that they aren’t providing and THEN you should expect them to try to nail you with a $60 “professional installation charge” because THEIR modems and wires are faulty.......I actually miss Cox Communications.
