Nevada Eye Care West - An NVISION Company

This was my first visit to Nevada Eye Care, as I had recently moved to NV. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew I needed a good Opthamologist because I have had many eye problems in the past. My experience there was more than good, it was great! The Dr. I saw was professional, and adept at reviewing my eyes, and giving me a new prescription. I would highly recommend this center and will return myself whenever I need my eyes examined in the future.

This was a great place. And I say was because now it is downright awful. I was a patient for over 10 years when Dr. Little was still there. Dr. Casey even did my PRK surgery. How ever without notice I come to find out that Dr. Casey no longer sees patients that are not surgical. They wanted to put me with another Dr. Who I am not very fond of. So I now have to find another eye doc after over 10 years of care. I must also mention the mess that has become the front office. When you call for an appoinment you either sit on hold or get a voicemail. If you leave a message they NEVER call back. It is just a joke. They have become to big for their own good and have forgotten about patient care. I would not reccomend

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional, from the receptionist, the optical assistants to my eye doctor. They let me know what they were doing during each step of my eye exam and were very thorough.

I had eye surgery here and it has been a great experience. Dr. Park was very thorough with my eye examinations, requiring me to come in several times just to make sure that my eyes were good candidates. He wanted to be absolutely certain that the procedure would go smoothly and that I would not have any complications down the road. CC, the patient counselor, was amazing to work with and offered some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Pam and the rest of the staff were great too. I would definitely recommend this place.

The excellent medical care.is worth the wait at the office. I always feel like the doctors and staff are genuinely concerned with their patients. I have noticed patience and kindness with elderly patients.
