Dr. Paul Casey is the best! My ophthalmologist highly recommended Dr. Casey for my cataract surgeries. I'm 77 years old and see better now than I have in over 50 years. Dr Casey is a very kind, highly skillful surgeon who will take time to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Dr. Casey and his staff for their competence and caring.

My Experience with Doctor Paul Casey is one of total comfort. I was scared for nothing.!! since having my catarac surgry I can see probably better than befor I was born. my eye was so bad I couldn't get a new perscription for new glass's. now I am not wearing any glass's.
We have 1 pair of eyes, I trusted Paul Casey and I am going thru the follow up appointments. I will trust him when my other eye needs help. He is excelent , and his staff is excelent. I look forward to seeing them. He is an excelent eye Doctor, I got the best lens and to me Dr Casey is the best Eye doctor.
Day 2 I could see clearly with out glass's. They do suggest sun Glass's when out in the sun.. I will eventually have Doctor Casey do my other eye. we financed this , so This is also a good option for those of us with out insurance. - I find it hard to believe what the one man says about him. I believe if anything didn't work right he would of corrected it asap. Great careing man!!!

The worst eye doctor. Do not go to him! He will force you into a surgery which he doesn't know how to perform. I came into his office with a Strabismus condition, he reassured me that it was going to be a simple fix, I will have to go in for a short surgery and he will only work on my left eye. I went in for the surgery with him, I didn't go to sleep, he performed the surgery while I was awake. While he was performing the surgery he was making jokes about how his daughter is overusing his credit card that he gave her. Unbelievable! He is performing a surgery and is making jokes instead of being focused on my eyes! After the quick 30 minute surgery, there was no improvement in my Strabismus condition. He collected the money and made no progress with my eye condition. After the surgery I went in to see him, he tried to sell me on another surgery! Why sell me on another surgery when you should have fixed it the first time! This guy will hurt your eyes just so he can collect money from you! A year after the surgery, I went to Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA in Los Angeles to see the amazing doctor Dr. Joseph Demer. He looked at my eyes and didn't understand why Paul Casey did what he did. Dr. Demer spent significant amount of time with me and explained my eye condition and the way he was going to repair it. I went in to surgery with Dr. Demer, he put me under and took over two hours to perform the surgery, he operated on both of my eyes instead of one. After the surgery he was by my bed to see if any additional adjustments were needed to my eyes. After my surgery I can say for the first time in my life that my eyes are fixed, I no longer have Strabismus! Beware of doctors like Paul Casey, he will scam you! If you have a Strabismus condition, don't gamble on your eyes and operate here in Las Vegas. Make the short trip to LA! Go to Jules Stein Eye institute and have your eyes operated by the best eye doctors in the world. I regret that I ever walked into Paul Caseys office! Never again! I hope you read this and don't make the same mistake that I did!

Dr. Casey performed Lasik surgery on my dominant eye earlier this year (2012). I had previously had lasik done on my left eye in 1991 and was needing it redone since my vision had deteriorated over the years. He then performed the PRK procedure on the eye I had originally had lasik on. The contact lens that was inserted at the time of the PRK surgery was removed a few days later and was removed too soon. I contacted Dr. Casey and he met me on a Saturday at his Cheyenne location and replaced the lens. He was extremely accommodating and even provided me with his cell number in case I had any further problems. I felt that he was understanding, compassionate and wanting to assist in any way that he could to relieve any discomfort.I am more than happy with the results of having both eyes done and having had both types of surgeries, I can highly recommend Dr. Casey and his staff for making my experience a great one.

I knew Dr. Casey from MOFH when I worked for Tricare their first 5 years of the DOD contract and also did a MSN/FNP Pediatric rotation there. My husband and I both go to Dr. Casey. I am also a Family Nurse Practitioner and care for eyes of my patients too, therefore, I am very particular who I see as providers for myself and family. He has very polite, respectful staff, always, and they consistently explain everything, every step. My husband also had lens implants in both of his eyes to get rid of wearing glasses and to improve his vision to keep his job that required annual qualification with weapons and has never had any issues and he also is extremely picky about everything and everyone in his life. I just referred people to Dr. Casey the other day, I also teach Nursing Students. Dr. Casey runs a very efficient, organized, and calm practice and has never rushed me and always explains all options, etc., The staff in the eyeglass department are also very nice. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this entire practice. The cookies and coffee and décor are also appreciated!
