Just finished my final appointment with Dr. Jackson and staff. I have come to Google to inform the world of my most wonderful experience with Dr Jackson and his staff. From my first visit until my last, everyone who is associated with Dr Jackson is at the top of their game, both in a professional manner, and in a very important personal manner. Never did I feel like just one of his patients, they made me feel as if I was the most important and treated me with caring and concern along with the most information I needed to know about my surgery to make me feel absolutely comfortable that I was in the most capable hands at all times. From Aaron, to Tammy, to Shea, and Claudia, and of course the Front Desk girls, this is how people should be treated, and it is just how it is at Dr Jackson"s office. My giant cataract is gone, and I have not now or during surgery any problems including pain or soreness and am now rated as 20/20 vision. Follow-up after surgery is important so that you don"t feel neglected or forgotten, and Dr Jackson"s staff does this quite well. All in all, if you need cataract surgery or any other concerns with your eyes, look no further for help, I guarantee you that you will be helped and feel good with every aspect of the procedure. My cataract surgery was completely painless and successful. I was very nervous before surgery but the staff relaxed me totally and everything was handled totally professionally. I would recommend Dr. Jackson and staff to anyone needing this type of surgery.

Dr. Jackson performed cataract surgery on me recently and it was a great experience with both the surgery and the office staff. He is very compassionate and takes the time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs cataract surgery or any other procedures.

I thank Dr. Todd Jackson and his assistants. They are very attentive, and they know their business well. The attention and care with which they surround visitors, you can get only from loving parents. This is not a 5-star medical center. This is 10 stars

Excellent! Dr. Jackson explained made sure I understood everything and each part of the procedure and healing process. I never knew a Doctor that comes out and calls his patients back and walks back with them. TOP NOTCH!
