Lady with the nose ring is an evil witch.
She charged me for several days  of shelter even though it was not even 24 hours.
Then she wrote me a citation requiring a court appearance and  Paying a fine and court fees. Also now I have a crime record.

All this because   My Chihuahua got out of the house ( doggie door), and I don't have a fence YET.
