Beautiful rustic family campground. So many amenities for everyone ... fishing pond, game room, playground, lots of mature trees & large shaded sites. Owners are friendly and helpful. The only issue we've seen is a lack of dog leash rule being enforced.

Awesome family that owns it. Very easy to work with. Was there as a vendor for the Women's Retreat Weekend and it looked like all the campers we're having a great time! It also looks like they plan a variety of events for thier happy campers throughout the year. 👍🏕

First time ever camping and we love it here. Very friendly staff and very quiet place. Nice size lots, rustic type camping. We are having a great time relaxing. We'll definitely be camping here again.

We had an amazing time at Norwood, and have recently booked several more weekends throughout the year. The Owners and their family are among the nicest folks we have ever met! The sites are nice and level, water pressure was good, Wifi actually works! I was able to stream some movies for the kids before bedtime. Their bathrooms were clean, store was nicely stocked with fair prices, playground was taken care of and the pond is stocked with several species of fish. Fortunately for us Norwood is only an hour away which makes it very convenient for a weekend get away. Heading back in the morning for the Easter weekend, looking forward to catching one of those monster Bass I keep hearing about!

First time we had been back in several years, and it will be the last. New ownership has put a lock down on the 'kick back, relax, and have a few beers' attitude of this place. Our large group, 25 people on 7 sites plus a cabin, were singled out for sure. Getting shut down before the 11 o'clock quiet time and constantly harassed by the owners. Nowhere on their website did we find all these rules/regulations, only after a reservation was placed and paid and we showed up to camp did we find out of these changes. We would have not come if we had known. Our group didnt fit the new standard they are trying to set for this place so they found any reason they could to run us out, which included lying to the local police to see if they could get some charges placed (they found nothing and left) We were kicked out the next day without any type of refund. For the rules and regulations set forth by the new owners, you would be better off supporting our state parks and going there. These new owners are definitely not accepting of all types of people, and let you know right away if you're not 'that type'.
