Lumberton/I-95 KOA Campground

This is a convenient KOA. Right off the highway. The rates were reasonable and the campground was fine. We asked the owners to ensure two packages sent to us at the campground were held until we could get back to pick them up 2 days later, and despite promising us the packages would be held, they rejected one of them. Now we're paying double shipping to try and get this important package shipped somewhere else. In short: this is a fine campground if you're stopping through, but don't depend on them to help with any logistics if you need to stay longer than a night or two.

Decent campsites that are all level, nothing fancy. What makes this place stand out and get five stars is the friendly staff, the great pool and the cleanest, nicest bath house I have been in yet. Modern and spotless with awesome water pressure and plenty of room. Will stay here again!!

Friendly owners! We arrived late for a overnight stay. They suggested a carryout that delivers to the site which kept us from unhooking our trailer. The bath house is AMAZING! Large bathroom suite with hot water and great water pressure better than home! Quick jump on and off 95. Nice restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend !

This KOA is great for a stay on the road. It was right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and the bath houses were very clean. My space and most I saw are very Level and easy to hook up. You can hear the highway but very little. I would definitely stay here again on my travels. There aren’t fire pits in the pull throughs but they do do community fires in the evening which could be nice for meeting people and unwinding.

Stayed 2 nights in March 2018. Owners and staff are top notch with gratitude expressed to guests for choosing to stay there. Bath house is modern and kept clean. Camp store is well stocked with a variety of camping and RV supplies. And they continue to improve the property. If you are passing through, this is a wonderful option for the night.
