Wilmington KOA Holiday

Loved it- pool was open and clean already when we visited mid April. Bathrooms were immaculate and spacious. We camped in a tent. Plenty of trees to hang hammocks. Nice fire pits will sturdy grill toppers made cooking eggs, bacon, even pancakes easy. Super kid-friendly, play areas are fresh and in good condition. Staff was great. Can't think of a single thing to complain about. This place is worth the few extra bucks.

Wonderful campground to stay at! Perfect for families with children and pets! We will definitely come back again! Bathrooms cleaned regularly and hot water in the showers! Super happy I was able to get some laundry done as well in the nice laundry room!

We visited this campground on a recent stay in Wilmington. The campground is only a couple of miles from the beach and great food. We toured the grounds and noticed that it was well kept and had nice amenities (clean bath house and close to the camp store). The cozy little cabins were a plus. This is mostly geared towards camper camping, although they did have tent sites.

Love that you have a brick fire pit. Had a lot of rain on my first night but my site never flooded.. great way to keep a lot of sand out of rv..

From the bathhouse to the fire rings, this KOA is well maintained and clean. The area is fantastic. Beach during the day, and breweries walking distance from the campground at night, it has the best of both worlds. We will be back.
