Enfield / Rocky Mount KOA Journey

This campground has awesome new owners who take pride in customer service and quality. They are making numerous upgrades. The cabin I stayed in was super clean with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were very clean, showers had awesome water pressure. The owners make sure guests enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. Great place to relax!

This KOA was very quiet and private, unique for a "journey" in my experience. The pool was very clean and great for kids. The playground was nice. The sites were level and the dog park was really nice - large and well maintained. The nearby Imperial Centre was great for the kids. We will return when we pass this way.

We have been stopping at this campground for years as we travel to the Outer Banks. This year the grounds were not well maintained and we noticed a washer sitting behind the bathhouse. No dumpster to put trash anymore and there appears to be only one maintenance worker. I asked at the front desk if there was new management and was told it changed owners June 2017. Idon't see this campground staying in the KOA family much longer unless changes are made.

This was just an overnight stay. Met new owner and she is very friendly and enthusiastic over this new venture. Easy on and off I-95. Look forward to future opportunity to stay over again.

It was wonderful. They have a playground for kids. The staff was extremely friendly. Loved it.
