Cape Hatteras KOA Resort

This is the perfect place to take your family.. dog included! Only a $20 extra fee.. kids will love it here, so many things to do from the pool, to playground, to jumpy platforms, then there's the hottub for us adults. The deluxe resorts have a fire pit outside, a grill to cook on, stove, microwave, full fridge, and yes your dog can come too! There's also sheltered parking for your vehicles. No you don't need a camper to come here.. they accommodate very well for those without one. Not just a campground, it's a resort as well. 😎👍 Me and my family will be coming here every year from now on.

An amazing campground right on the ocean. Large sites, friendly helpful staff, pet friendly. Beautiful scenery. On site restaurant (closed Tuesday and Wednesday 🤐) clean washrooms, laundry. Pool and hot tub. Golf cart rentals. Worth the drive.

So many extras! Best playground! Amazing Location to the sound and the ocean. Pool was on but weather wasnt. So it was a special treat to have a hot tub so large. The rest of the place was packed with stuff they have open on the summer. We knew it wouldn't be around in our spring visit but enjoy when you go! Wish it has more vegetation- it looked like a graveyard empty. I can't can't can't even imagine what this place is like full. Might be crazy. They pack them in tight I bet!

Great camping spot, all kinds of accommodations. Pool is huge, cafe is good, laundry room and bathrooms are fabulous. Just steps to the beach from most of the campground.

Here in the off season, lots of openness, which was great. Wish we would have known about hot tub being repaired though, was really wanting to spend the week relaxing in it. Otherwise, friendly staff, clean laundry facilities, large dog park.
