Camp Hatteras RV Resort & Campground

I had a great time at the beach. I especially love this place because at this beach house we rented I could bring my dogs and it was a dog friendly place. We can actually bring them on the beach with us and we could take them and not get in trouble for it. The sunsets here are very pretty. And there are also a lot of souvenir shops and food places you can go to other than the beach. The water here was fairly nice and it wasn't too crowded here which was very enjoyable. The rental houses here aren't and they're not too expensive and that's good especially being North Carolina. Make sure to go in a time when there's not a hurricane obviously but be prepared by bringing beach towels and everything else. We come here every year not in the exact same place but we keep coming back because we enjoy it. There's so many different things you can do here in the water you can collect seashells we found a lot of really cool things here. You can go fishing. You can you can see dolphins. You could search your thirst good ways and if it's not a bad tide. You can Boogie Board and there's lots of other things you can do here. I hope you come here because I know I will come back too.

Wonderful campground with nice size pull through sites that easily accommodated our 5th wheel. Tent and back-in sites also available. Huge beach front for anyone who enjoys the sand and ocean as well as a large pool and hot tub. They have an excellent restaurant on site with great breakfasts. Sorry we did not get to sample lunch or dinner. Very clean and well kept with super-friendly people. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to camp. Friendly staff with nice sites and minutes from the ocean. 2nd year natives and coming back in 19'. Bathhouses are clean sites have good water pressure. Be mindful that the sewer hook ups are located at the far back of each site. Normal 20ft hoses do not reach. You'll need a 5-10ft extension.

In the center of the Outterbanks and driving distance to all points around. Paved roads and site pads. Well kept campground with grass at each site. No fire pits available. Campground store, amenities center, pool, park, tennis, and beach access. A great choice for families.

We come here every year. 2 or more times in a year. Love it here. The people are so sweet. The place is well taken care of.
