Ochsner St. Anne Hospital

I shouldn’t even give a star at all I was in there for over 2 1/2 hours and not a person are doctor even come see about my son very bad we just walked out and nobody even seen us

My husband was a patient at St. Anne's on December 20, 2017. He came in to the Emergency Room with his drivers' license and his medical insurance card. When he was moved to a room to be kept as a patient, his drivers' license and medical insurance card were not sent with him according to the nurses on that floor. I have been trying for the last two months to find anyone who could tell me if his drivers' license and insurance card are at the security office where everyone I have spoken with says it would be. No one returns phone calls and the security people are apparently never at work because no one answers their phone or returns phone calls. I don't want to drive two hours up there only to find out that they threw away his license and insurance card. I don't understand what the problem is and why no one can answer questions or respond. Then they add a note to the review asking if I would add more details to an email address that they gave me so I did. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from these people. I have never dealt with such rudeness and incompetence in my life. All I needed was for someone to check their mysterious security department, if it even exists, and tell me if that is where the Emergency Room Department put my husband's driver license. This is ridiculous!

Best hospital I’ve ever been to! My 3 year old had to visit the emergency room last weekend and the nurses and doctors were soooooo compassionate and helpful. Dr. Wolfort is so patient and amazing. The ER was packed and every person and patient he came in contact with he treated with so much care and respect even though he was in what I would consider a stressful environment.

I give Ochsner St.Anne 5 stars cause I have had the best L&D experience I ever had from a hospital. All the nurses and Dr's were amazing including all the other staff members. I highly recommend this hospital for any health needs.

I had to take my 3 month old daughter there. Fastest hospital i have ever been to! We were in and out within 20 minutes! Doctor and staff were vary nice! Doctor picked my daughter up, talked to her and made sure she was ok after she had to get a shot.
