Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I am a firefighter for a fire department in the Kansas City Metro area and was injured at a structure fire in February of 2018 (my injury was severe enough it required surgery late March once swelling finally subsided). After the surgery the fire department I work for ordered food from this location to be delivered to my house. Olive Garden delivered the food to my house and my family was pleasantly surprised. My wife told the delivery driver that she didn’t know they delivered. The delivery driver replied that they deliver for orders over $100. However, ours was well under $100 but my fire department explained the situation to the manager after being told the order was not enough to be delivered per policy. The manager at the Liberty location decided to make an exception and agreed to have the order delivered. It’s nice to see customer service is alive and well. Job well done for an organization that allows, empowers and supports their managers to make exceptional customer service decisions!

We usually have great service but I think we had a new waiter. Waited quite a while for refills of both our drinks and our food. I tried a new dish and wasn't very happy with it. I guess I need to stay with what I know is good.

It's olive garden... It's good, reasonably priced, and family friendly. Plus free endless breadsticks and salad. Good service. Friendly staff.

Excellent service, prices have gone up, but service was splendid! I couldn’t say enough good things about our waiter, attentive but not intrusive, always ready to give a helping hand.

I called for a table for 20 an hour before closing, I knew it was probably a pain but the Manager John & 2 other servers took care of all us very well even when we goofed around! We had a great time and the food was great too! Thank you to all that helped us!!!!
