White Horse Pub

I have been going to this restaurant for around a year now. I found out how tasty the bangers and mash and sticky toffee pudding were. Every time before now I dined in. The bangers were juicy and popped when I cut or bit into them, there were plenty of mashed potatoes, and the sticky toffee pudding consisted of buttery cake, sticky toffee, and vanilla pudding. I placed my usual order to go today, and I'm really disappointed. They skimped on my potatoes (really? They're so cheap!,) my bangers were burned and dry, and there was no sticky toffee in the dessert! I spent $30 on the dinner and I feel cheated. It saddens me. I have never had such bad quality from them. I hope someone on the staff will take the time to read this and try to rectify their lapse of quality. It shouldn't matter if I dine in or take it to go.

Great local hangout. Food and beer is always great. The owner makes the soups himself. They are always to die for. I'm only giving it 4 stars as when my wife and I visit we have missed toppings on our food. If it was just once we would give 5 stars. But this has been numerous times.

Amazing food and amazing service. Our server could not have been any more pleasant and her smiling demeanor left quite the impression. Food was fantastic and drinks were terrific. I had the Shepherd pie and appetizers were wings with rheir reaper sauce on the aide and a Scotch egg which I highly recommend.

Good food and different, neat place, good service. Once I try more dishes will probably give 5 stars. We will be going back.

Great pub fare and other food. Excellent and friendly service, nice selection of ales. We love the White Horse.
