Osaka Sushi and Hibachi

We came in an hour before closed and waited 15 minutes for someone to even ask if we need drinks. My boyfriend and I have both worked in a restaurant so we understand that if you’re busy it might be a wait for someone to come see you. But it was almost completely empty. We ate ( she also forgot to give us silverware and we had to take some from another table) and then wanted our check and again it took her almost 15 to get our check with nobody in there. The service was very poor but the food was good.

This place is busy! We made reservations for hibachi and glad we did, otherwise you'll wait for a seat. We had the tuna steaks and the swordfish. Both were fresh and tasty! We enjoyed the chefs performance and he whipped up each of our meals and told funny jokes!

I really liked my experience at Osaka Sushi and Hibachi. Our chef, Ben, was really good with the kids sitting at our table and made it a fun for them and the adults. The food was flavorful and the dinner portions were large.

Great food bad service. Reservation for 7:30 was seated at 8:00. Argument between other table about seafood allergies because the chef wouldn’t cook the seafood after the other food was served.

They NEVER disappoint no matter who the chef is. Ben, though, is amazing, entertaining and friendly. He gets 5 stars alone. The rest of the staff is great as well. We love it here.
