Had to replace a built-in microwave only after 3 years. Went to PC Richards after having bad experiences with customer service in the past with both Lowe's and Home Depot. Ramon, my salesman, was excellent. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. There was a mix-up with the color of the microwave I purchased from the manufacturer, and when I returned it, I was told I'd have to wait a couple of weeks for a special order to arrive. After I said I couldn't wait that long for this appliance, Ramon called around other stores to see if they had it in stock, and when they didn't, he offered me a VERY GOOD deal on the display model that was in the store. I walked away very happy and even managed to save some money. I will never go back to the big box stores again for appliances. Go in and ask for Ramon. He will not steer you wrong!!!

give it a 4 for good customer service. the guy tried really hard to find a fridge for me. if they updated their technology the process would have been quicker. they're prices are higher than best buy so they were unable to match my deal. but I give the guy credit for not giving up on the search

I worked with Eric. Needed all new appliances for a kitchen reno and didn’t want to overspend. He made the experience quick and essy. I didn’t feel oversold by a salesman. We got better prices than anywhere else and definitely better more personalized service. Eric kept in touch throughout the process and made sure everything was delivered at the best time. Working with Home Depot and Lowe’s for other parts of reno and definitely not getting even close to this type customer experience. Highly recommend you go nowhere else.
