I was working on contract in Hartford, and stayed here for almost a year. Everything is good. I am satisfied. This is indeed the most decent apartment you can get in the neighborhood. Never had any problems with maintenance (sink broke, fridge broke, bathroom door got locked and everything was taken care of within 24 hours). They come in when you are not there for maintenance, and of course they ask for permission (I never had a problem with that). They have indoor parking, which is really nice given the snowfall. I had my parcels delivered to me on time, even the ones that came from India! Unfortunately, my contract ended and I moved out by transferring the lease, and it was a smooth process. Carole and Aris in the management are really helpful. If I ever come back to Hartford, I know where to stay!

Absolute diamond. The staff, from maintenance to management, are friendly and very personable. They treat you as royalty! With amenity after amenity this place really does outshine all competition. Safe clean and inviting. I could not say anything negative about this place. We will miss living here for sure!! Thank you Park Place Towers!

I've been living at Park Place Towers for over 4 years. This is by far the best place to live in Hartford. Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is also very secure. It has a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and indoor parking. I have had a pleasant experience living at Park Place Towers and I can recommend this place to other people. You will not be disappointed since management maintains this place very well and makes you feel welcome.... I give Place Towers a Place to be five stars..

I recently moved into the towers from down south. After looking at several other places in the area this seemed to be reasonably priced for what it offered. I looked at the apartments before signing the lease, so I knew what they would be like. No problems with that. Being an athletic outdoors person I was looking forward to taking full advantage of the on-site gym and outdoor basketball/tennis courts. My first issue is with the hassle it takes to get into the gym. Rather than allow a resident to enter the gym, it is required EVERYTIME that I sign in with the front desk and they "buzz" me in. I was under the impression that as a resident I would have a key card that would allow access to the gym.
The basketball courts that I looked forward to using are crowded with kids everyday after 5 PM. Which I would not have a problem with except for the fact it is crowded with kids that do NOT live in Park Place towers. It is essentially a neighborhood court for everyone to use. When I mentioned this to security they advised me that all the kids do live here, yet 2 days later i witnessed all those same kids squeeze through a fence opening and walk onto the courts. Not sure why management flexes so much control on the residents accessing the gym when it is clear they have no control on non-residents using their other facilities. All in all its not a bad place. Just a lot more too it than what meets the eye.

It's a nice place to live, unless you want to be shown respect as a human being or you want your packages given to you in a reasonable amount of time. There is one woman that works at the front desk that is amazing, and will notify you if you have a package as soon as she signs for it. Anyone else that works at the counter will take at least a couple hours to look at the address and put a sticker on your mailbox. The man working the counter wouldn't tell me if the package was delivered or not, and blew me off to talk to someone else about what they were doing that night. I forgot my card on one occasion, and the man at the reception desk couldn't be bothered to ring me in even though I had bags of groceries in both hands. I had to wait until the mailman exited the building to get in, and then I was given the third degree by the guy. If there is a man at the welcome desk, ask if you can see a manager.
