ESPN empoyees STAY AWAY!  Not a good place to live. Managment is bad. New owners a few months ago, And they are worse. They have a Realty company operating as managment but no one seems to know what they are doing. They put a maintenance man incharge of the whole operation and he has a God complex. His way or no way. A neighber said he threatened him, another said hes verbally abusive. I Cant even have access to my belongings in my storage unit without his okay. There are way better places in bristol avoid this one.

Lived here for almost 3 years, and never had a problem.  Quiet and Peaceful. Love this place.

Lived here for two years, first apartment, and I enjoyed my stay. Guess I was lucky living  in between the dumpster and laundry . Very quiet, dosent hurt cable and Internet is included. Parking is fine, snow pick up is done pretty early, and efficient. Close to numerous stores, and parks. Would differently live there again.

Administration is harsh, maintenance man is rude and downright inappropriate, leases agreements are not upheld. Not allowed access to rented on-site storage unit. Property was recently bought out and new management is an absolute nightmare.

This place is managed poorly, and not kept well. Pets are welcome but most of the residents do not clean up after their pet and you end up often tracking dog feces into your apartment due to it being left in the grass and sidewalk areas by lazy residents despite provided bags around the property. There is a fine for it but the poor management tends to ignore the problem. 

Parking is a nightmare. I was late for work on more than one occasion because residents who do not want to walk an extra 50 yards would park behind other cars or in "No Parking" areas of smaller but closer lots. 

The office/property manager seems like the job is over her head, she often misplaces things, does not have answer to any question except "when is rent due" and spends more time on her cellphone than the properties upkeep. Maintenance is not very friendly, and usually is angry that you want something repaired in your apartment. In addition to rent, you are also billed a “processing fee” for your rent invoice. You are also billed for heat weather you use it or not. They claim it is based on usage and a meter reading but I have requested to see my meter and have yet to be shown.

 Laundry area is difficult to get to as it is in the basement of a far corner building on the edge of the property and storage units are just as difficult to get to if you are moving large or heavy things. The cost per load is good but the nasty animal hair and dirt left in the machines makes it not worth the savings. 

This place tends to appeal to persons moving into the area because it is easy and quick to lease an apartment, but be advised ...
