Hamden Centre

I lived here for one year and this was my favorite apartment ever. The unit was spotlessly clean upon move-in and the maintenance crew kept in flawless shape any time there was an issue. I also loved seeing the beautiful trees and grounds everyday. Plus it has a private dog park! This was a life saver, especially in the winter when my puppy needed a place to get her zoomies out. The property managers are kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any issues. I also had great neighbors while living here and will truly miss it!

In two years this place has had a revolving door of property managers. The current I cannot get a response from. This place has gone downhill in a short period of time. If you like hearing screaming children after coming home from work, walking through garbage and dog waste then this is the place for you. Overpriced apartments and no security. If you need storage you must pay extra for it. The homes on School street are inhabited by college students. The all day and all night parties occur on a regular basis and becatof the location you cannot avoid hearing it. If you are a professional don't live here.
