I initially liked Metro Star because of Carol's quick and helpful responses, the cleanliness & quality of their apartment buildings, and their ideal locations for commuting. They are professional and helpful where it counts.

We are now going on year three with Metro Star and we’ve only had positive experiences with our beautiful apartment, the surrounding downtown area and the best maintenance team imaginable.

Worth the price.

I would give 6 stars if I could.  The 260 building was a safe and great place to live with quiet and friendly neighbors.  Really nice sized apartments with great amenities.  The staff, especially my leasing agent Carol K. was wonderful. At my first appointment I probably looked at 10 apartments and Carol was patient, friendly, professional and extremely accommodating! Even after I moved in, if I had a question or concern she was always happy and willing to help.
Teddy worked very hard to keep the property clean, snow removed, and the trash picked up.  Any maintenance issues or concerns were handled diligently and quickly.  
I lived there for about 18 months and everything was wonderful.  I only moved because of a job relocation.  If I ever have the opportunity to work in New Haven again, I’m calling Carol and will definitely be living in another Metro Star property!

When I started looking for my first apartment, I looked everywhere. When I found Carol Kuryla, she told me she had the perfect apartment for me. She brought me to 50 Cherry St and I fell in love. Carol and her team were so friendly and professional. After I moved in, whenever I had a problem, Ted or Carol were there that day and worked around my schedule. It was the perfect first apartment for me, for two years, while I finished school. So close to downtown Milford, & great restaurants.  If I ever need to rent again, Carol will be my first phone call. You won't be disappointed if you choose Metro Star!!

I met Carol and the Metro Star Team in 2014 after a bad breakup left me quickly looking for a new place to live. Living alone for the first time, I wanted to stay in Milford since I was familiar with the area. After seeing some properties in downtown Milford and near the water I contacted Carol who immediately met me at 204 Cherry St and showed me a one-bedroom unit on the second floor. A perfect location, close to the interstate, and just a few minutes away from all shopping areas as well as down town.
The units are clean, bright and spacious which made for an easy move in.
The staff at Metro Star go above and beyond, which made living their very pleasant. 
As rough as winters in New England can be, the walkways were always shoved (thought out the day) and the plows kept up with every snowstorm. 
Move out was simple and the only reason I left Metro Star was to relocate cross country. 
I highly recommend Metro Star for anyone moving to Milford.

I’ve lived in Metro Point for almost 6 months now and am having a great experience.   The management team has been extremely helpful and responsive when I’ve needed help, and the building is well maintained and safe.  Living here has been wonderful because of the convenience to the train, restaurants and stores (grocery and shopping).  The rent is higher than others in the area, but you get what you pay for.  I love having an indoor and gated garage space, as the Downtown area tends to fill up at night and on weekends – the bonus has been not having to shovel my car out and wait for it to heat up in the winter!  The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and mine was still practically brand-new when I moved in after a previous tenant.  I would recommend living in Metro Point.
