Avalon Norwalk

A beautiful apartment community to live in. Just moved out of state, but had a lovely time at Avalon Norwalk. Maintenance was fabulous, the Office Personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter and I were very pleased to live at Avalon Norwalk. Community events, Maintenance, Office Personnel, Beautiful Apartments, Spacious apartments, Restaurants...there are so many great things about living here. The buses being right there to, I used to get on the bus, so convenient. Great location. Wish I could give more than the five stars on here..and they had a fabulous end of the year Holiday party in Sono. They really care about their residents.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Just picked up my keys today. Very excited to move in within the next week. Shout out to Corrina to making the process extremely easy and for answering all of my questions. You go girl.

I love living here at Avalon Norwalk. It is clean, friendly, conveniently located to major roadways, very quiet and my apartment is awesome. I look forward to coming home at night. The staff is professional and very helpful. When I request a service order it is usually completed within a few hours. I can't say enough good about this place. Many thanks.

Excellent maintenance team. I submitted repair request on Access and was impressed by very professional repair work and timely response. Thanks for your great work. I really appreciate it.

We're so happy here at the Avalon. We've been here for 4 years now and it has been an amazing ride. Tanya is one of the reasons we're still here. She's very professional and understandable. I can honestly say everyone in the office now is awesome. Thanks for having us.
