Glenview House

Lived here 3 years and only moving out because I’m leaving CT. Management, concierge, and maintenance have all been great. I loved living here, great amenities, only complaint is lack of visitor parking (but hey, it’s Stamford). Rent hasn’t been hiked up on us like other apartments I’ve lived in. I’ll miss living here!

Lived there for a year and a half easily the best Property management people i have dealt with unlike some others like AVALON . They are very respectful courteous and accommodating . Very well managed community and nice staff . Jeannette , Jennifer , Billl , Jose and Dave make living there a pleasant experience . Any work orders or other issues are dealt with properly . I would have given 5 stars but for one disgruntled Maintenance staff person who was a pain to deal with .

Just moved in. So far it's been a very good experience. There have been minor issues but mostly addressed quickly. 4 stars mainly based on the location not being the easiest. Will update this in coming months based on experience

I like the service of the particular apartment agency. They helped me in that emergency situation. Really that was a grate help. No words to convey my thanks.
