It is best place ever I could find in Norwalk! Excellent service, easy moving process, comfortable apartments! What else you need to have a good rest after working day? I'm renting studio apartments now. And know what? I'm happy to recommend Avalon East Norwalk to everybody i know!

I been living here for three years and the team here has been amazing!!! Alice has been here with me from the start helping me with whatever I need and Paula has been a lovely addition to the team....  the maintenance team work quickly to fix any problem I had Brendan and Eli are great! Thanks so much to the Avalon East Norwalk team!! Looking forward to many more years here

beautiful community. close to 2 train stations. apartments are great. maintenance staff is fast and efficient. leasing office staff members are very friendly

The service and maintenance team here are top notch. They come within 24 hours; they are polite and competent; they clean up after themselves; and if---as was true with the recent "smart-thermostat" upgrade---I need help with technical details, they know how to help me. 
To be clear, the construction of the building is shoddy and not as "luxury" as it might at first seem. However, the staff keeps things working and have fixed those less-than-luxe details.
