AVA Stamford

I've been living at Avalon since 2011. I first lived at Glennbrook for a year and then moved to AVA on 2012. I love the location and the accessibility to everywhere in downtown. I've been lucky or blessed having always good and nice neighbors. This building is not new but not too old either, and they try to keep up to date improving and adding some features. The pool is a plus for my daughter and the amenities are good for the rest of the young professionals. The management have been through big changes which caused a little bit of frustration to some people since you can appreciate how the cutting costs have affected us, the residents, in so many aspects. But all in all, we still here and we're happy. My best rating however goes to the maintenance team. They take things seriously, they usually fix your problems on the same day and they are super kind. There have also been changes among the crew, but one person that is still here and who knows so much about everything is Cesar. He can do whatever is necessary to fix what is not working and to get your whole satisfaction in a bit. He is a nice guy, professional and diligent.

Husband and I have been living in Ava since 2012. We liked it so much we moved to a two bedroom apartment with my sister and we actually just extended our lease. What I like about the building the most is the fact how quiet it is here we actually moved out of another apartment because the noise was unbearable. The amenities are great, especially the pool. The maintenance team is fantastic. Cesar is the best. ( ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) The only complaint is with the elevators. Otherwise this is a great place to call home.

I have been living in Ava of Stamford since Aug 2017, the Maintenance team here has been amazing. Cesar and his team was awesome when he installed my new washing machine. Very friendly and professional. Cesar didn’t leave without checking to make sure the washer was working properly and he taught me how to used the washer machine as well. I was very please. I love it here. 😌

This review goes to Cesar of the maintenance team. He knows his stuff. Friendly, professional, extremely helpful. Shout out to Rafael who is new to AVA maintenance. And to Leo who is a very pet friendly guy.

We had a maintenance emergency and Rafael responded very quickly. He was responsive and extremely courteous. He even came back to follow up, let us know exactly what was being done, and treated our home like it was his own!
