Really nice community, really nice apartment.  Our stay was 8 months over winter and the experience was great.  Snow removed in a timely manner, though it is better to park in the lot rather than street side when it does.  Maintenance was extraordinary, with very helpful people.  I loved the fact that my young child could have access to the community center for before/after care and on holidays.  The people there are very good with children.

Property management could be a bit better with the street side cleanup of snow and the resident portal needs to be fixed so that residents can put in their own requests and not have to depend on the office.  The office staff either need more people or less tasks because they all seem too overwhelmed to give good customer service after becoming a resident.

This place SUCKS. Can't wait to leave. Living here for the summer for work, sadly the company picked this place out and I wish we had checked it out more before agreeing to get the place.. first of all the day we moved in, the manager was 30 min late to our meeting, and took another 30 minutes to print out paper work to have signed (clearly wasn't prepared). We moved in and the place looked clean at first, but as I started putting things away and cleaning it was actually disgusting. Hair all over the floor/shower/ walls and dust all over walls and doors. Our shower head was completely broken, our bathtub didn't drain, and our dryer took 4 hours to dry anything. It took them about 2 and a half weeks to finally get everything fixed (shouldn't of been broken to begin with). This "non smoking" complex constantly smells like either weed or cigarette smoke in the lobby/ hallways. Also all I ever hear is my neighbors loud music and the thumping/ vibrating on my walls from the base. I literally can't wait to go back to Arizona. I don't understand how people pay $2000 a month for a crappy one bedroom apartment in a crappy area here, with crappy service.

My roommate has lived here for over 1 year and I've been living here for 2 months and thus far my experience combined with my roommates lead to this conclusion (DO NOT LIVE HERE).
- regardless of the level of severity of a maintenance request (repair of dish washer, washing machine or dryer, changing the lights in the kitchen or repairing a door), it takes them in most cases over a month in our experience.
- Don't leave a welcome matt outside your apartment door, mine was stolen.
- The leasing office's hours are not friendly M-T 9am-5pm closed friday, saturday and sunday but could meet by appointment. we made an appointment with the leasing agent on a saturday he was over 3 hours late
- The community towed my roommates car because it didnt have a parking sticker although they had his cars information on file. 
- The leasing agent is barely ever in the office and the admin/desk agent can never tell you whether the leasing agent is coming in or not
- The property manager is rude and unprofessional

The staff is full of  it, they put us through hell trying to get a place to live, but if it was there family i am sure it won,t be a problem, they treat there own people like their  are nothing just because there have a little position but everything is for a while nothing last forever everyone needs somewhere to live and denying us somewhere to live is discrimination i wonder how you all sleep at night.I am sure that there is people with worst things going on but it is alway the nice people that they have to mess with i hope god bless all of you in that office and bring good things into all of your lives and make you all happy, life is a journey and we all are going in the same direction whether we like it or not treat each other bad don,t give that person a chance a person has to be laying in the streets to get help much faster.
