Just started here and overall fairly happy. Had some parking issues which mgmt resolved quickly. Enjoying the business center and basketball court. The mail desk person is extremely friendly and awesome. Lots of dogs to pet and play with! Those are all the positives. Negatives - Little to no reception in the hallways. Parking is awful for guests -- visitor spots run out fast during prime time and then you're left going a block, maybe 2-3, depending on your luck. Gates for parking garage are unbearably slow. Apartment is good, makes lots of weird heating noises at night, and some minor maintenance issues which I expect will be taken care of soon enough.

Great place to live, but you are paying for the quality. Avoid going month to month at all costs, as it is double your normal rent. The parking situation is quite a hassle too. I spent a few months parking in the neighborhood across the street because of this. The amenities are great: pool, pool tables, gym, basketball court, racquetball court, and meeting room. The nature walk around the premises is a relaxing respite from a long work day. I highly recommend living here.

I recently moved out of Stamford Harbor after staying there for over 1 year here is my honest review of the community. -Overall the place caters towards working couples; it is not a good place for children or small families. Other tenants and the leasing office are not particularly tolerant of small children. There are better rents in Stamford and Greenwich in safer more accessible areas offering more space and better construction. -The location is a bit shady it is very common to hear and see police in the surrounding areas. I thought I might be able to walk to the train station, but that is not a good idea and you will not feel safe doing so. There also have been fights right outside of the community and vandalism to cars. -Noise is really horrible, you can hear people from above and below you, exterior walls are poor and you are able to hear full conversations throughout the night. I don't blame the other tenants, but often I could not sleep from noise from footsteps upstairs and TV noise from next door, again due to poor construction. Apartment layouts are reasonable, but construction is below average -Expect issues with roof leaks. We had over 5 roof leaks on our 2nd floor apartment. They were repaired quickly, but that did not prevent the leaks the next time. In one instance the leak caused a lot of damage. The leasing office was slow and unresponsive to respond to paying for the damages. In the end they did take care of a small portion of the damage. -If you have two cars, they are cracking down on guest parking space usage despite the surplus of parking. Expect to pay for parking for 2 cars. -The maintanance staff is good, they are responsive and friendly. -Leasing office: Jason Kelliher is very rude and does not have any people skills, avoid dealing with him. On many instances his comments and overall attitude have been inappropriate. I am still not sure why he has a job there. -Move in: If you decide to move on a weekend be careful we had the move in entrance way closed on us without prior notification or warning. This was painful and extended an already long move the elevators, doorways and hall ways are well sized making moving furniture easy. -Move out: Again, get it done quickly because the gates will get closed and you will be left stranded. DEPOSIT: this was a major WOW for us; we had half of our deposit deducted. Of half of that cost was countless hours of cleaning for a
