Fairfield Apartments

Great Apartment complex, coming up on a year living here. All accommodations are met, all amenities come with rent. Rent is affordable (2 bed 2 bath with roommate). Visitor Parking system could be better, but I think they are figuring that out. No complaints or issues.

I have been living here for the last three years, and it's been the best experience. Being so close to "downtown" enables one to walk anywhere. The staff is professional, always willing to go the extra mile. They have hosted parties, which is an opportunity to meet your neighbors. There is a sense of community here, and Fairfield Apartments is a place you can call "Home".

This apartment has everything I need. Washer and dryer, an amazing view from the third floor. Vaulted ceilings and a fireplace . i love the courtyard where i get to walk my dogs and conveniently located pet stations to pick up after my pup whenever i dont have my own doggy bags. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love it here

Beautiful neighborhood 5 min . walk from downtown restaurants and shop. Building is very clean and very well supervised . Maintence is always on point and timely. Everyone in the office , Wanda , Jennifer and Gisele are very sweet, friendly and very helpful. The pool area with sauna and fitness center are just great plus. Thank you Fairfield.

Great staff, reasonable pricing based on the area and amenities are great! Would definitely recommend.
