Positive reviews about this building seem to be manipulated. We decided to leave because of the very poor construct. The building looks awesome from the outside but from the inside, the owner decided to invest in very cheap quality equipment. For example, the wooden floors are so poorly insulated that our neighbors were constantly complaining about us and we could hear the every step of our neighbours on top. The bedroom door and the apartment door is hollow wood that has almost zero sound insulation. The walls had also very thin and poor insulation, if someone is laughing in the apartment next door at night, it can wake you up. The bathroom is also poorly equipped and the quality of the shower is so poor. It all felt like living in a carton box. It's sad that such a great looking building has such poor construct.

I came to visit a guest who
Just moved in.  There is apparently no guest parking, only street parking and the street is always full.  There is a lot on morgan street which is part of the building.  There are no signs and no marked spaces. So I parked there.  Long story short as a visiting guest they had my car towed at my expense. They did not call to let me know and when I asked for assistance as to where my car was and how they could help remedy the situation they did not.  It cost me $240 to get my car out and I had to take a half day off from work.  Tonya one of the sales managers was not helpful and I felt I had really been taken advantage of. As a guest of a paying patron there should be guest parking or at least clearly marked areas if you are going to be towing.  Where I parked is unmarked and was unused by any paying tennants.  As a neighbor and resident of the town of Stamford your facility did not leave a good taste in my mouth and it was not an enjoyable experience.  Good luck with your over priced dorm rooms.  Gimmicks of rooftop grills will not make up for shotty service and quickly built thinly walled accommodations.  I highly doubt you will have any long term occupants past the first year, once the fresh coat of paint wears off the place.
