Applied over the summer and was denied after waiting and waiting. I called myself to find out the status of the application and was told  no. It's unfortunate because I really liked the apartment

When you first move in everything is nice until you notice you can hear the neighbors talking on their phones not even yelling and you can hear their televisions threw the walls. This  place has over 300 apartments And the rent is around 1700 a month if you times that 1700×300 = 510,000 per month... why not remodel and insulate the walls and floors and stairs ... actually put a closed backyard instead of a 5ft fence that's wide open. They offer to rent you a washer/dryer for $50 per month but you never stop paying for it even though the stackable is only worth $1200 they get an infinite amount of money for it the payment NEVER STOPS! My ex still lives there I wanted to buy her, her own washer/dryer for her and my daughter but they said NO, she has to keep it. The tiles was messed up when we moved in they promised to fix it but they didn't they denied her 3 times she's been ther 4 years .... stick on tile wouldn't cost $100 to replace and less that two hours of work to do. Screws popped out of the sheet rock and left holes all over, maintenance plastered it but didn't paint so now the apt looks cheap and tacky. (I HAVE THE PICTURES TO PROVE IT) They do good on pest control though. 
 P.S in the winter the downstairs is so cold you have to put on ya boots and a coat to go in the kitchen to make coffee! So the utility bill is at least $250 - $300 monthly.

I highly recommend Rippowam Park to others. I have lived here for about 6 months. The move-in process was easy and Samantha made everything stress free! The apartments are spacious and appliances are either brand new or near new when you move in. The private back deck is a great feature and the washer-dryer setup in the apartment is very convenient. Every apartment comes with a parking spot and maintenance is very prompt to shovel walkways and porches when it snows. Can't wait to renew my lease!

The staff is very rude when you lived there for a long time they treat you like your old news so you appointment goes downhill.  The carpets horrible after three or four years but they won't clean them and they won't paint they need to upgrade to stainless steel appliances  The refrigerators don't really have icemakers the dishwashers don't clean the dishes because they're old models the kitchen space is small  Nice area but the  apartments need to be updated walls are paper thin no insulation whatsoever they took every shortcut you could take slap some carpet on the mess the floor and move you in.

I have lived at Rippowam for over a year and I have nothing but positive feedback to provide regarding my experience.  While, in general, apartment searching & moving was a stressful time, all the people at Rippowam really made the process as manageable as possible.  Not only was I thrilled to find an apartment complex that allowed small dogs, the townhouse setup was exactly what I was looking for.  The apartment/appliances were all in great shape when I moved in and the maintenance team has done an excellent job keeping it that way.  Brenda on the maintenance team helped set us up on move-in day & made sure we had everything we needed.  Over the past year I have called maintenance twice for minor services (to change an outdoor light bulb on our porch & to fix our kitchen sink garbage disposal).  Both times, a member of the maintenance team came the same day and were super helpful and friendly.  While applying to live at Rippowam and in the process of renewing my lease, I worked directly with Neva and Samantha in the leasing office both of whom were extremely helpful & pleasant to deal with.  I would highly recommend Rippowam to others.
