This review is for the maintenance crew. Mauricio, Felix, and Moises are all great!!! They're very nice and helpful and have such good attitudes. They get the job done and are also professional and respectful. The building is lucky to have them.

A small review space isn't appropriate to put into words how great this place is. I've been fortunate in that I have relatively quiet neighbors. My dog is treated with all the love and attention he deserves from the residents and doubly so from the staff. The maintenance guys here are not only extremely nice, but they are also on point. Rarely are there any issues, but if there is one, it's fixed right away. I've never seen one without a smile on his face. The girls that come to clean are great at their job and super sweet. The office staff is AMAZING. I can't properly communicate how great Robyn and Ewa are. I could write a whole review just about them. This is easily the best place I have ever lived (outside of my parents house where food and rent was free). The location is also perfect. It's a 10 minute walk to action, but also 10 minute walk away from the noise. I haven't lived anywhere else in Stamford, but I don't believe there is any better place in town.

Robyn was such a big help! She was there for me at any time to answer every question I had. Robyn immediately made me feel like I have been a part of the Avalon family before I even moved in. All of my problem, questions or concerns were taken care of almost immediately. I couldn’t be any happier or comfortable as I am now. Thanks ROBYN!

so far, its been fantastic. Robyn and Ewa understood that we were moving from out of state offered to show us places and ones that were going to become available that would fit our needs. communication was fantastic, always a response, always helpful, always following up. They sincerely care and it shows, a lot. Give them a raise! The apt was clean, spacious, great layout, cost was comparable to others but certain fees seemed more affordeable here then elsewhere, ammenities good, parking good, very happy so far!

We just moved in but it has been great so far. Leasing / move in staff (Robyn especially) were very helpful and accommodating.
