Avalon New Canaan

Once again, Avalon provides great service. I put in a request yesterday at 4:30 PM and a maintenance person was here at 10:30 AM, fixed our problem (a toilet flapper was sticking) and redirected some track lighting my wife casually mentioned was pointing a little off center. After 40 years living in our own house it is such a pleasure never to have to worry about anything. Avalon has figured out how to do it right. Doug and his staff are excellent and Gabby is a delight in the office. Had a problem with my kitchen faucet last night. Submitted a service request at 11 PM. Fixed by 9:15 AM. What more could you ask for. Avalon really understands customer service.

Even prior to our move-in the staff, particularly Gabriela, the sales manager, was extremely responsive and helpful in answering our questions and making the process run smoothly. During our time at the Avalon, we were always impressed with the courteous, prompt, service in our apartment and on the community grounds. The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are well-kept. We had a wonderful experience living at the Avalon, and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering moving there!

Gaby Cavellos is wonderful -- invariably kind, polite, and amiable, a great pleasure to be with. Gaby is also quite professional: she always aids us quickly and efficiently. We are very fortunate that she is at Avalon New Canaan.

Maintenance Team here is fantastic! Doug and Noberto are consistently fast, prompt and courteous and always do a great job. Thanks, guys😊👍👍

Avalon New Canaan has a wonderful, caring staff. We have stayed here twice while moving or building. Gaby, Raoul, Norberto and all are so friendly and helpful; they really foster a community feeling. My favorite thing is that whenever I have a maintenance problem, I just go online and submit a request and they come and fix it right away- sometimes the same day but always within a day. It's great!
