Just moved in and already loving it! Great community so far. Super friendly leasing office & residents. Also the restaurants that are within walking distance are amazing & the community space within the buildings are awesome!

I have been living in the Waypointe for several months, I won't lie, the living condition is worth the rent. But don't trust anything they say when they try to trick you to sign your lease. Before signing the lease, the lady promised as long as I can find someone to take over my lease and give them 2 month notice, I can move out free. The contract also states the replacement of tenants is negotiable. I admit I made a mistake to assume they are nice people. But when I try to talk with them politely about how I want to find a good tenant to take over my lease, they just throw me another "new" policy I have never seen nor signed before states I have to pay 2 month penalty to break the lease. Or I have to pay until to the end of my lease. There is no option to find someone else to take over the lease. If you are may have any chance need to move out early, I would strongly suggest to avoid living here.

We are in our second year living here. Few issues have to be address the dog park people a lot fo times don't clean up after their pets and also accidents on the hallways. The fire alarm goes off very often. But other than that we only experienced good things on our apartment

What a great place to live.  The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, prompt, and really nice people.  For someone who is in a transition phase of their life The Waypointe is becoming home pretty quick.

I know that most of the time renters reach out just to complain.  However, I think it is important to also reach out to praise.  Therefore, I want to let you know that Mr. Fred Schulze, Service Supervisor, and his staff, Andy and Julio, are great. They did some work in our apartment and were quiet, clean, detailed oriented and went the extra mile to please us.  I also want to add that the entire leasing team was very professional during the leasing process.
