Avalon Stratford

I have been living at Avalon Stratford with my daughter, this is my third year here. I Love it here. The grounds are always maintained clean, the apartments, If at anytime you put in a maintenance request they are on it that same day. I have never had any neighbor problems. The Office Staff is always very nice and very helpful. The pool and fitness center is always clean and maintained in excellent condition. I Love it and hope to stay here for more years to come.! Thank you Avalon Staff for everything you do.

I absolutely LOVED my unit. The maintenance team was incredible; any issue from my closet door not closing all the way, to the burner on the stove not working, and even replacing major things - never an issue! I felt very comfortable having them in my home when I was or wasn't there. Unfortunately, I CANNOT say the same for Mellisa at the front desk. She presented as kind when I signed my lease, and after that it went down hill fast. She was always condescending, rude, and had a general angry disposition. I never felt comfortable going in the main office to get a package, ask a question or have any interaction with her whatsoever. When I escalated this through the company, to say it fell on deaf ears is putting it kindly. Even though I loved my unit, the pool, and so many other things, because of Mellisa's unfriendly demeanor, I never felt comfortable recommending Avalon Stratford to friends. And because of the way the company handled my complaint, I do not feel comfortable recommending Avalon to any one. I never leave bad reviews, but this was my home and I did not feel welcomed. So yes, I'm leaving negative feedback.

My experience at Avalon Stratford has been quite remarkable. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The staff is very attentive when it comes to service around the complex and within my apartment. Everyone that works in the office has been professional and very helpful with everything (i.e. accepting packages, parking, lease questions, etc). Melissa Auguste does an excellent job running the complex. She constantly communicates with tenants regarding any changes concerning the complex, so everyone is on the same page and knows what is going on. I have been completely satisfied as a tenant and would recommend Avalon Stratford for those looking to rent in a well-kept apartment complex.

Avalon Stratford is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Safe environment. Nice amenities, gym, pool, grills etc. Melissa in the office is five stars! Always helpful, courteous and professional. Maintenance addresses issues quickly if they come up.

Mellisa Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.” Melissa since the first time I met you I was impressed by your professionalism and attention to detail you are punctual, Friendly and the best representation for the Avalon.
